Global Podcast Inc. (“GPI”) respects your privacy and is committed to collecting, maintaining and using personal information about you responsibly. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all of your use of any of the websites created and maintained by GPI, including http://chicagobusinesspodcast.com, http://globalpodcast.com and associated websites (the “Sites”). This Policy describes how your personal information will be treated as you use the Sites.

1. Information We Collect From You When You Visit The Sites
In general, you may visit the Sites without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself except as set forth in this section.

Links to websites that are not operated by or for GPI (“Third Party Sites”) may be provided within the Sites, solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site you are then visiting. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Third Party Sites. We have not reviewed the Third Party Sites, do not control and are not responsible for any of their content or their privacy policies, if any. We do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the Third Party Sites listed on or linked to from any of the Sites, you should understand that you do so at your own risk.
4. Sharing of Information
GPI may also disclose and/or transfer your personal information (i) to its trusted third party service providers (for example, companies that provide systems, web hosting and other IT services; internal and external advisors and auditors); (ii) if required by applicable law; (iii) in connection with a reorganization or combination of our company with another company, (iv) if it believes that such disclosure is necessary to enforce or apply its terms of use and other agreements or otherwise protect and defend GPI’s rights, property or safety or that of our clients and other users of the Sites; (v) in order to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal obligation, or a regulatory or government inquiry; or (vi) with your consent.
5. Security
We seek to use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect user information within GPI against unauthorized or unlawful access or processing, and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We believe that these measures are reasonably adapted to the nature of the information in our custody.
However, even though GPI makes reasonable efforts to protect information in its custody, no data storage or transmission over the Internet and no security system is fully secure. Thus, we cannot guarantee the security of any information we may have collected or received from you or transmitted to you. If you believe your information is not secure due to a problem in our systems, please immediately notify us of the problem at the address provided in the “How to Contact Us” section.
6. Aggregated, Anonymized, or Statistical Information
We generate and use aggregated, anonymized, or statistical information about the use of the Sites. We may provide this information to third parties such as our advisers or consultants for research, analytical or strategic purposes. This information is not intended to allow the identification of any specific user of the Sites.
7. Choice Regarding Marketing
If you no longer want to receive marketing-related material from us, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in such communications or by contacting us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section. We will try to comply with your request as soon as practicable.
Please note that even though you have opted-out of receiving marketing-related communications from us, we may still send you important administrative messages.
8. Notice to Minors
The Sites are not directed at and are not intended to be visited by children under the age of 16. No visitor to any of our Sites who is a minor should provide any personal information to GPI. If you are a minor, do not visit our any of our Sites, blogs or social media sites and do not send any type of personal information about yourself to GPI or the Sites.
9. California Visitors
